Email ollikoivist@gmail.com with your agency’s legal business name and country, launch stage (staging or production), planned launch date, approximate number of URL pairs, and the service you need. Please send no customer data or attachments until we confirm fit and the applicable privacy information.
Inputs for an accepted project
- Business and billing details, authorized contact, and written authorization covering every host to be checked. Your authorization must also cover your client’s sites.
- Up to 10 exact public hostnames, intended production origin, launch stage and date.
- One UTF-8 CSV with exactly
old_url,new_urlas its headers, up to 500 data rows. Each source URL needs one agreed destination. - Public, server-rendered HTML pages over standard HTTP or HTTPS ports. No passwords, cookies, tokens, query strings, or fragments.
Download the mapping template. Missing destinations and duplicate source rows are reported as incomplete; replacements are never invented.
Delivery and price
€499 per project, excluding applicable taxes. The first two paid pilots are planned at €249 each. The accepted quote will identify one invoice issuer and payment route. Any taxes and payment timing will be stated before commitment.
The initial HTML report, findings CSV, and coverage summary are due within three business days after written acceptance of complete inputs. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays, using Europe/Helsinki time. Acceptance is explicit; sending an email or paying an unaccepted invoice does not establish the start date.
One retest is included when requested within 14 calendar days of the initial report. It checks the same agreed URLs and stage after corrections. A changed map or staging-to-production transition requires a new agreed baseline or scope. Retest scheduling is confirmed on receipt.
Scope and interpretation
The check covers HTTP redirects, destination responses, HTML canonical tags, robots metadata, X-Robots-Tag, titles, and descriptions. Observations are captured at the time of the run. Metadata differences are review items. When redirects already lead to the replacement, a live source response cannot establish the previous site’s historical metadata.
Authentication, JavaScript execution, checkout and form testing, implementation work, robots.txt, sitemap review, historical ranking analysis, and search-ranking guarantees are outside this offer. An unavailable or unobserved page stays incomplete. The report is an input to your team’s launch decision.
Corrections, delays, and cancellation
Report inaccuracies attributable to our work will be corrected without using your included retest. If inputs are outside scope or delivery capacity is unavailable, we will pause acceptance and explain what is needed. If we cannot deliver an accepted check within the agreed window, we will offer a revised date or cancellation and a refund of any undelivered service. No automatic renewal applies.
Private delivery
Reports are delivered only to the agreed recipient through email attachments or an agreed private channel. Customer reports are never published as samples without separate, explicit permission. Working crawl artifacts are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; required transaction records are retained separately under the invoice issuer’s applicable obligations.
